MISSION
Theta Nu Psi is a military fraternity, founded upon brotherhood, unity, diversity, and service. We believe that "movement is within our brothers". This organization was established for the present, past and future service members. We honor the traditions of the military and welcome all brothers who choose to lead, develop, and grow together. There's no bond quite like that of a service member and it's those principles that we have embodied as a fraternity.

Perseverance
A Theta Man should always find a way to overcome adversity. He shall find the inner strength and confidence to continue to move forward. Many times in life we are faced with things that will knock us down, and try to keep us down. A Theta man possesses the spirit of a warrior, and it is that quality that allows us to never lose the fight. A man of Theta Nu Psi, always vows to look ahead, and stand firm on the foundation that is perseverance.
Education
A Theta Man should always have an inevitable thirst for knowledge, for knowledge is power. Education is the passport to the future; tomorrow belongs to those that have made preparations yesterday. Education is what allows you to turn mirrors into windows. Becoming a Theta Man means becoming a Nu you.
Purity
A Theta man consistently strives for purity of his mind, body, and soul. A man who is pure of thought, word and deed do not contract from hardship or lofty goals. He has no self-pity, rationalizations, or apologize. He possesses morals and gentleman like characteristics in every sense of the word.
Humility
A Theta Man possesses a modest or low view of his own importance. In order to truly be a servant, one must be willing to put others before yourself. Romans 12:3 "For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt with each one a measure of faith." A Theta man can remain confident while exuding humility.

BRIEF HISTORY
Theta Nu Psi Military Fraternity, Inc. was originally founded on Langley Air Force Base in Hampton, Virginia on December 6, 2016, by four men. While the fraternity began with a collective vision to unite men from all walks of life and empower them to become positive change agents and influential leaders in society through diversity, Founder Ryan Moore has been the driving force who carried that vision forward and ensured the fraternity’s long-term success.

Since its inception, Theta Nu Psi has made a measurable impact both within the military community and beyond. Under Founder Moore’s leadership, the fraternity has awarded over $5,000 in scholarships to support educational advancement and has donated over $3,000 toward HIV/AIDS research, reinforcing its commitment to service, advocacy, and community uplift.
